Insurance
We are a qualified participating Medicare provider, offering the highest level of care and products to our clients. We are also a qualified participating provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, TriCare, TriWest, and can accept any of those with in, as well as out of, network benefits.
Medicare will pay 80% of the cost of powered mobility for patients who qualify. In most cases, if you are Medicare-eligible, you must be able to answer "yes" to the following questions:
- Do I need a power chair or scooter to complete daily activities and maintain some measure of independence?
- Do I have an impairment that is significant enough that I cannot operate a manual wheelchair?
- Do I have the ability to operate a power chair or scooter safely?
Accurate Mobility, Inc. communicates with your physician who makes the assessment to answer these questions and we take care of the rest! We complete, process, and file the necessary forms. We communicate with Medicare. And we answer all of your questions and ease the process for you and your family!
Also, if you have a supplemental insurance, it may pay the remaining 20% of the cost. Accurate Mobility Inc. assists with this process also!

Billing and Collection Policy
Accurate Mobility, Inc. accepts insurance assignment in most cases; however, payment balances not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the customer. These balances may include deductibles, co-payments, or denials. You may be responsible for payment should the necessary billing documents or authorizations not be made available to Accurate Mobility, Inc. by you, your physician, or insurance carrier.
Notice to Medicare Beneficiaries
As a Medicare provider, we are required to inform you of certain rights that you have concerning your equipment benefits. First, a list of the Medicare Supplier Standards is provided to you on the back side of the Client Information and Assignment of Benefits Form and the Delivery Ticket/Document you signed when your equipment was delivered. Next, you may have a choice to rent or purchase certain items. Please ask your Accurate Mobility, Inc. representative if the item that you are receiving is one of these. Finally, if you have any questions concerning your Medicare coverage benefits for durable medical equipment, you are welcome to contact our billing department or you may wish to contact Medicare directly, you may do so by calling 1-800-MEDICARE.
